Getting Started
You can give me a call or use the contact form on this website to schedule a 15-minute consultation. This will give you the opportunity to ask me questions about therapy and give me the opportunity to know what you are looking for.
If you feel comfortable and would like to move forward with therapy, we will schedule an initial appointment called an intake appointment. Before your intake appointment, I will provide you with a few documents and forms for you to review and complete before your appointment. This will help me to learn more about you and focus on what you are looking for through therapy.
During your intake appointment, we will discuss more in detail what you are struggling with and what your goals are. I will go over with you important information about my policies as well as privacy and confidentiality.
